What to Expect
Set to the sounds of the motion picture soundtrack, passengers will relive the magic of the classic story as they are whisked away on THE POLAR EXPRESS™ for a magical one-hour trip to meet Santa. Once on board, your car hosts will work their way through the coach and punch your golden ticket before hot chocolate and delicious Walkers Shortbread are served by dancing chefs. Passengers then read along with the classic children’s book, The Polar Express, by Chris Van Allsburg.
Santa and his helpers board the train to greet passengers and each guest is given the first gift of Christmas – a silver sleigh bell. During the trip, characters on each car lead passengers in caroling and onboard entertainment just like in the film! Each guest will take home a keepsake sleigh bell in addition to the wonderful memories made on this magical trip.
Event times listed on schedules and your confirmation email represent the official showtime and beginning of the boarding process. It is required that guests arrive approximately 40 minutes prior to their listed showtime. This allows time to park and check in at the Box Office. Trains depart the station 20 minutes after the listed showtime.

Coach Seating
Coaches seat between 48 and 64 passengers inside beautiful Brightline railcars adorned with festive holiday decor. Seating is arranged in a 2-2 configuration in all cars but Aurora Borealis (4), which features a 2-1 seating arrangement. Each seat features a folding tray for hot chocolate and shortbread. Designated wheelchair spaces can be booked online or by speaking with a reservations agent at 754-209-0214. Please see our FAQs for further information on accessible seating. All cars feature fully accessible restrooms. Seats face in various directions so please review the Seating Chart carefully before booking. All seats on board the train are assigned and you will select your own seats during checkout.

Table Seating
Table Seating
A limited number of table seats are available in each coach and seat parties of two or four. Seats are arranged to face each other with a small table in between for hot chocolate and cookies.
Do you think sitting with a stranger at your table is a little awkward? So do we. To prevent this, we require that parties buy all seats at a table. The only premium charged is all seats are at the Adult rate. Children and infants are still welcome at table seating.
Please review the Seating Chart carefully before booking. All seats on board the train are assigned and you will select your own seats during the checkout process.
